Are you going to start a website? I will help you choose the best domain and hosting package for your business, blog, or website. It is hard to find web hosting with a free domain included.
I hate having to go to sites like GoDaddy and NameCheap because it makes setting up your website harder than it should be.
We all know of hosting companies such as WP Engine which offer awesome performance but do not offer a free domain. With this domain and hosting services review I will be examining 10 web hosting companies that offer good performance, but they also give you a free domain name.
What’s the big deal about a free domain name with your hosting package?
When your hosting company gives you a free domain upon signing up, your initial price will go down. Also, setting up becomes easier. You will no longer have to point your domain registrar to your web host which can be annoying. Let’s begin with our first web host.
Reasons you want a hosting service that gives you a free domain name.
1st reason
The first reason is because it makes setting up faster. It can take around 30 minutes to create a website with a regular hosting company. If you choose a company that gives you a domain, then you will cut that 30 minute time by more than half. Setting up will take you 10 minutes or less.
2nd reason
The second reason is because the price is going to be cheaper for you. You are saving more than $12-$15 for a domain. Not only will you be getting a free domain, but usually when companies give you a free domain the overall price for monthly hosting is going to be cheaper.
3rd reason
If you are new to website building all of this can be confusing to you. Choosing a hosting provider that offers a domain makes life so much easier for you. You are not going to have to be redirected all over the internet. You are not going to have to point your domain to your hosting provider because it is already there for you.
Web hosting companies to choose today from greatest to least
SiteGround review
Price
At the moment in 2016 SiteGround is the most popular hosting company in the world and they offer amazing service. Immediately what makes SiteGround so attractive is their price. They have one of the cheapest prices in the world. All that it costs to host with SiteGround is $3.99/mo and you can get a domain upon installation at a great price. SiteGround no longer offers a free domain but they are still an amazing company that offers quick WordPress installation with their preinstall feature.
Performance
SiteGround displays their monthly uptime for their users, which is great. They have a monthly uptime of 99.99%. No downtime means more visitors, more email subscribers, more sales, etc. SG offers data center locations on three different continents and you can choose which one you want for better website speed. Their data centers provide you with high level electricity redundancy with multiple failover options and enterprise-class UPS technology.
Support
I can’t say enough good things about their support. I’m a live chat person so one of the first things I check for in a hosting company is if they offer live chat or not. Not only do they offer awesome fast response live chat, but it is 24/7. You can talk to a SiteGround associate any time that you want. You are also given 24/7 phone and email support.
One of the best things that I love about SiteGround is that they always have meetups. You will be able to meet with the founders, associates, and users. They have been to my area many times. Check here to see if they are coming to your area.
Bluehost review
Price
Bluehost is going to cost you $2.95 a month. The only difference in price between SiteGround Vs Bluehost is that to get hosting for $2.95 with BH. You are going to have to pay for 3 years in advance to get this price. You also have the option of paying 24 months and 12 months in advance, but the price will be increased if you choose hosting for a shorter length. Once again remember you will also be given a free domain.
Performance
Bluehost has an awesome uptime as well. You can expect about a 99.98% – 99.99%. You will receive high-rated performance because their servers are Quad Opteron Servers, Customized Apache Web Servers, Multiple 10 Gigabit Ethernet Connections, cPanel, Linux Operating System, and more. BlueHost utilizes an OC-48.
Support
Just like SiteGround you will be given 24/7 phone, email, live support, forums, blogs, and a large amount of guides.
Inmotion – Check out InMotion.

iPage – Check out iPage.
iPage is the cheapest company on this list. You can host your site with iPage for as little as $1.99 a month. Just like the rest IP gives you a free domain. Although iPage is extremely cheap and attractive to beginners, they do not have the best reputation. iPage has a reputation for overselling their servers.
With iPage you will not have the best performance as with the other companies on this list. With iPage you get vDeck Control Panel, 24/7 network monitoring, performance load balanced servers, UPS power backup & generators, and more.
HostPapa – Check out HostPapa.
HostPapa was founded in 2006 and it is another fast-growing hosting provider that hosts well over 500,000 domains. HostPapa is great for small businesses and at $3.95 a month, what’s not to like?
HP offers a hosting uptime of 99.97% which is above average in the industry. HostPapa gives you a CDN for faster load speeds. You also have the option of upgrading plans to receive 3x the server performance in speed and memory.
Server Firewall, Monitoring&Intrusion Detection are all taken care of. You also can purchase extra security features. One thing I like about HostPapa is that they went Green. What do I mean by this? HP has purchased 100% green renewable energy to power their data centers, servers, computers, laptops, and office space.
GreenGeeks – Check out GreenGeeks.
GreenGeeks launched in 2008 and it is currently the industry Leading Green Web Hosting. GG has over 40 years of web hosting experience. They have multiple data centers in Chicago, US, Phoenix, US, Toronto, CA, and Amsterdam, NL.

Justhost review
Price
Justhost costs $3.95 a month, but to get hosting at that price you have to pay 36 months in advance.
Performance
Justhost has gotten better over the years, but some of the other web hosting companies are slightly better in performance. JH uses its own advanced data center with 100% Dell servers. Some of the features that you get with JH are free domain name registration, unlimited domains, free script library, cPanel control panel, customer tailored support, Hotlink Protection, add-on domains, and more.
I would not recommend it over SiteGround or Bluehost, but the uptime is decent, but it could be better. Justhost is owned by EIG, which is the same company who owns Bluehost. JustHost data centers are located in Chicago, Illinois and they are equipped with a UPS power back-up generator which makes it even more reliable.
Support
Justhost has a friendly support team that is available to their customers 24 hours a day.
Here are some web hosting Customer reviews

Which web hosting service should I choose for domain and web hosting?
All three of these companies offer good hosting, but the best one is SiteGround. Hands down SiteGround is the best choice if you want a good hosting and free domain package for your next website. Quote – “Sometimes life is about risking everything for a dream no one can see but you” Biggest risk is to not risk anything, same applies to people who wants to achieve their dreams but don’t want to take efforts or follow their instinct. It may be difficult at times to explain others about your dream. Dream, is all about risking and following what you believe in.
